Things to do know before you book:
•• Radford Retreat is a multi-level townhome with stairs between levels.
• The sleeper sofa is located in the open upstairs open loft.
• This is a townhome on a quiet cul-de-sac
• The upstairs tub does have jets but they are not currently operational
• While it is a very private and peaceful area there is a road that runs behind the townhomes which may disturb some with sensitivities to road noise
• The convertible sleeper sofa is located in the open upstairs loft
• Please supervise children when using balconies, decks, and stairs.
• Propane fire pit is located on the front deck.
• The downstairs screened in patio also houses the exterior HVAC unit, when the unit is active it may be loud on the lowest deck. You can adjust the HVAC to a higher temperature to prevent it from turning on when wanting to use the screened in patio.
• Wifi is provided but speeds may vary
• Please follow all provided safety instructions when using the grill or propane fire pit.
• Quiet hours encouraged to respect the surrounding residential community from 10pm-8am.
• Fireworks and guns are prohibited on New River Getaways properties.
• No events or parties.
• No smoking or vaping.
• Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and are available separately with an additional $20 fee.
• There is a ring door bell camera

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30-7 days before check in, a 0% refund is issued for cancellations occurring 7 days before check in.
