This spacious Southwest Virginia vacation rental sleeps up to 10 guests with three private bedrooms, four queen beds, a queen pull-out sectional, and three full bathrooms. A spacious upstairs suite with a clawfoot soaking tub and private mountain-view balcony, Starlink WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable gathering spaces make it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Things to do know before you book:

• Sleeping Arrangements: Huckleberry Lodge sleeps up to 10 guests. Eight guests are accommodated in four queen beds across three private bedrooms. The additional two guests are accommodated on a queen pull-out sectional located in the basement. The basement sleeping area is not a private bedroom.

• Pet Policy: Huckleberry Lodge welcomes a maximum of 2 dogs. A $50 per pet, per stay fee applies. Please follow local leash laws and pick up after your pet.

• Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

• Rural Location: Wildlife is abundant in the area. Please do not interact with or feed wildlife. Always make sure trash is secure.

• Farm & Country Setting: Huckleberry Lodge is surrounded by rural countryside. Guests may see cows and other farm animals nearby and experience the normal sights and sounds of country living.

• WiFi: Starlink WiFi is provided. As with any rural internet service, connectivity may occasionally be affected by weather or other conditions outside of our control.

• Grill: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane and a grill kit are provided.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are encouraged from 10pm–8am to preserve the peaceful setting for our neighbors and surrounding community.

• Fireworks & Firearms: Fireworks and guns are prohibited on New River Getaways properties.

• Events: No events or parties are permitted.

• Smoking: No smoking or vaping.

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are available separately with an additional $20 fee.

• Please respect the home, property, surrounding land, and neighboring properties throughout your stay.
