• Indoor jet tub only (no outdoor hot tub)
• Easy river access - please supervise children and pets
• Rural location - wild life is abundant in the area it is important that you do not interact or feed any wildlife. Always make sure trash is secure we are available to pick up excess trash during your stay.
• WiFi is available, though rural speeds may vary
• Charcoal grill - bring charcoal
• Firewood provided for the fire pit
• Pet fee applies - please pick up after your pets waste bags are provided
• Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am to preserve the peaceful setting
• No Smoking or Vaping
• No Parties or Events
• Fireworks and guns are prohibited on New River Getaways properties
• Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and are available with an additional $20 fee
• There is a camera on the driveway and outdoor trash cans as well as one facing the back yard and one on the front porch facing the door.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30-7 days before check in, a 0% refund is issued for cancellations occurring 7 days before check in.
