Things to do know before you book:
• Please remember this is a glamping and camping experience — not a luxury hotel - and guests should come prepared for outdoor conditions, weather changes, bugs, wildlife, and the sounds of nature.
• NO POTABLE WATER IS AVAILABLE AT THIS CAMPSITE - guests should plan accordingly and bring extra water for washing up and drinking
• Shared porta potty restroom available nearby and regularly serviced
• No shower on site - guests should plan accordingly and bring extra water for washing up and drinking showers can be purchased at local truck stops and travel stations.
• Easy access to outdoor recreation areas - please supervise children and pets at all times
• Rural location - wildlife is abundant in the area. Please do not feed or approach wildlife and always keep food and trash secured.
• Limited electricity for light charging and small personal devices only
• WiFi may be limited or unavailable depending on weather and service conditions
• Campfire area available - firewood may be available to purchase at the campground depending on burn conditions and local regulations
• No camp stoves, grills, heaters, candles, or open flames inside the tent
• Please remove shoes before entering the tent to help preserve the space
• Pet fee applies - please clean up after pets and keep them supervised at all times
• Quiet hours are from 10pm–7am to help preserve the peaceful outdoor setting for all guests and campers
• This is located in a primative campground with 8 total sites, you may see other campers while staying with us
• No Smoking or Vaping inside the tent
• No Parties or Events
• Fireworks and guns are prohibited on all New River Getaways properties
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on availability
🛎 Guest Support
You’ll have access to your local host during your stay should you need anything at all, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable outdoor getaway from arrival to departure.
A Safety waiver must be signed after booking.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30–7 days before check-in, and no refund will be issued for cancellations occurring within 7 days of check-in.
