Things to do know before you book:

• Indoor 1 person jet tub only (no outdoor hot tub)
• Access to the river is limited at the moment due to bank changes from hurricane Helene - plans are in place to revive the bank for easy access for the upcoming season.
• Basement is unfinished but has a few chairs and games available for you to use during your stay
• Rural location - wild life is abundant in the area. It is important that you do not interact or feed any wildlife. Always make sure trash is secure. We are available to pick up excess trash during your stay.
• WiFi is available, though rural speeds may vary
• The driveway is a little steep but easily traversed by all vehicle types
• Main entrance is on the 2nd level of the home
• Propane grill - Propane provided
• Firewood provided for the fire pit
• Pet fee applies. Please follow local leash laws and pick up after your pet. Waste bags provided.
• Quiet hours encouraged to preserve the peaceful setting 10pm-8am
• Fireworks and guns are prohibited on New River Getaways properties
• No events or parties
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and are available separately with an additional $20 fee

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30-7 days before check in, a 0% refund is issued for cancellations occurring 7 days before check in.
