• Indoor jet tub only (no outdoor hot tub)
• Easy river access - please supervise children and pets
• Rural location - wild life is abundant in the area it is important that you do not interact or feed any wildlife. Always make sure trash is secure we are available to pick up excess trash during your stay.
• WiFi is available, though rural speeds may vary
• Charcoal grill - bring charcoal
• Firewood provided for the fire pit
• Pet fee applies - please pick up after your pups bags are provided
• Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am to preserve the peaceful setting
• No Smoking or Vaping
• No Parties or Events
• Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and are available with an additional $20 fee

You’ll have access to your local host who is available during your stay if you should need anything at all ensuring a smooth, stress-free stay from arrival to departure.
A refundable $300 deposit is held before your stay and released after departure inspection.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30-7 days before check in, a 0% refund is issued for cancellations occurring 7 days before check in.
